- Do you have a family? You need to find a family-friendly destination. If you have young children, think about going somewhere local where you can drive.
- What kind of temperatures do you like? Lots of people dream of a sunny holiday but others can’t stand the heat. Think about what will suit you and be realistic.
- How much do you want to spend? There are lots of different options, even in the same country. For example, a holiday in Salut is going to cost a lot less than Marbella.
- How much time do you have? It hardly seems worth flying 11 hours to Sri Lanka for a week. However, you could have a great time in Europe.
